2 written references (preferably for previous work – but not essential) training will be given. Positive proof of I.D - which can be one of the following -current passport, birth certificate, marriage license, DVLC photo version. Proof ofaddress – which can be either a utility bill, bank statement etc A head and shoulder photograph (passport style) National Insurance Number and Work permit if applicable. Your own transport is desirable and is an advantage.
