Q: How do I change my advert text?
After logging in (log in) you will be presented
with the option to access your admin panel (right). Every aspect of your online advert is then accessable and fully editable.
Postal Code
Entering a postcode will enable full functionality of the map/directions link on your listing entry. Don't include spaces here.
Password/Email Address
To be used for logging in and updating your details. This will also be the email address visible in your listing.
Description
This is the section that contains your advert text that will eventually appear on Google and other search engines. This should contain words that you know your customers will use to find you on the web, plus your business description/activities.
Keywords
The 'Keywords' section is for use within Cantfindit.com only. Words and phrases that may help your customers find you using cantfindit's
search feature should be included here. You need not repeat words here that have already been included in your business description. This section may also be used as extra guidance for our ISPA team when optimising Cantfindit, i.e. you may wish to include words in here that you did/could not put in your description section.
Repetition
As an example, if your description includes the word 'accountant', then you don't need to repeat it in your keywords, but you may want to add the
following keywords: accountants, accounting, accounts, account, etc... |

Once you're done, click on the update button at the bottom of
the page and your advert will update instantly - though changes will not be visible on Google and other search engines for up to 5 weeks.
